Benoit Morin, former Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) head, has been known as one of the most influencing personalities in the health and wellness system. After this, he never looked back, enrolled with a Ph.D. in health ethics and law at the University of Toronto. After this, he pursued a mandatory management course for health care CEO from Laval University. As a healthcare executive and former head of PHSA, Benoit Morin made several changes in the system. All these changes were to ensure that the public does not face any kind of hassle with the health care system. Hence, his aim of developing a health care system without any flaws is on the right track because of his effort and hard work.
